Itinerary
Lagos Marina
Departure from Lagos marina. Debrief about how we will search for dolphins and what signs to look out for. We will also discuss rules of conduct towards the animals that should be respected by everyone onboard.
Tour along the cliffs
Before heading further out to see on our quest, we will quickly show you the beautiful Ponta da Piedade cliffs and caves.
The search begins
We’ll head further out to sea on the search for dolphins. There’s usually a very high chance of finding them, provided conditions are favourable, but as they are in their natural habitat we cannot offer any guarantees. Once we find the dolphins we will follow the pod at a comfortable distance for a reasonable amount of time so that everyone gets to see these wonderful animals.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comfort
Bring casual clothes, suitable for nautical activities. A windbreaker is always useful, if not essential. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes with soft white soles, however, we ask that guests remove shoes before boarding. We also recommend strong sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. A camera is an excellent idea to record unforgettable moments.
Ethics, Responsibility and Safety
Always respect your skipper’s instructions and recommendations, especially those referring to safety issues. Navigation may change due to weather conditions or if the skipper so determines. This is an activity subject to weather conditions. As such, the decision to depart or return earlier than expected due to changes in weather conditions is exclusively up to the skipper. Departure and arrival times, duration and activity itineraries are subject to change without prior notice depending on safety determined by weather conditions, winds, tides and/or any other circumstances beyond the control of Yachting Lifestyle.
Terms and Conditions
Prices include VAT and insurance. In the case of daily rentals, drinks and fuel are also included.
To book the rental a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required.
Other Information
All vessels are equipped with all the safety equipment required by law. All boats comply with all legal
requirements to perform maritime-touristic activities, including inspections and insurance.
